11-16-2023last night was our third gig at player 1 orlando's weekly weeb wednesday event! we had a blast chatting about fanfiction and card games with our fellow weebs while jamming to anime openings 'till 1 in the morning.

i also got the most exciting news this week... rotten girl gang was accepted to MEGACON ORLANDO! this is my biggest local con and the biggest con rotten girl gang has been invited to yet!! (and also the LONGEST, with FOUR days of sales!) find us in the artist alley february 1-4th, 2024!! i can't wait!!! x3

10-31-2023happy halloween, gang!!! our newest boys have finally arrived, just in time for the holiday!

things are gonna be a little quiet around here while i'm busy with irl stuff the next two months, but i grabbed two more weeb wednesday slots for november! come by player 1 orlando and hang with rotten girl gang on the 15th and 29th! i'll let you know if we get off the waitlist for holiday matsuri! -- still no word yet, but don't give up hope! i've got some new merch in the works just in case, and i'll share updates on them soon. ^^
BACK FROM WASABI
10-17-2023hey gang, we're back from wasabicon with some quick updates!
our latest and greatest table!
our setup was better than ever, but the event itself was only about as popping as our last jacksonville con, bold matsuri. but despite slow sales we still managed to make a profit -- and sold out of brocon badges, which is always a good sign. ;D
femboy & babygirl stickers are here!
our newest holo peeker stickers are now up in the online shop! they're now all in one convenient listing along with fujoshi, catgirl, catboy, and a deal where you can order any three for $12!
i had wanted to debut my miya and naota BOY ☆ CATCHER keychains at wasabicon too, but unfortunately the charms order didn't make it in time! :( they still won't be in my hands until the end of the month, but here's a preview of them to tide you over till then!

wasabicon may be our last major event of the year (though i do intend to do a couple more weeb wednesdays whenever i can fit them in), unless we get into holiday matsuri! keep your fingers crossed that we'll get lucky with their table lottery in the coming months!!

POST KIRBIICON 1 SHOP UPDATE
10-2-2023hey everyone!! i'm back from my kirbiicon trip with plenty of goods and good news to share!
our (highly improvised) booth at kirbiicon!
kirbiicon went soooo well!! it felt like the best reception rotten girl gang has EVER gotten, with so much love and laughter from everyone who stoppd by! we made table super quick and a nice profit too!! an 18+ crowd is DEFINITELY the best for a brand like ours, and i hope we'll have many more opportunities for adult events where we can truly let our freak flag fly! ;3 (thought hopefully not outdoors again, the wind made setup pretty difficult! xD)

now that we're back home, our newest merch, the promised pass the yaoi shot glasses and a set of dubcon & noncon parody con badges that debuted at kirbiicon are both available in our etsy shop! our next convention, wasabicon, is in just another week, and then hopefully we'll get to close out the year with holiday matsuri if we get picked in their table lottery! keep your fingers crossed for the gang!!

9-21-2023got some more hot fresh updates for ya'll!!!
our first and second weeb wednesday table!
first, a recap of our last two gigs at player 1 orlando! sadly, the first night was kind of a bust. the place was empty and i brought way too much stuff, so the setup/breakdown took a long time and we only sold two things! TT_TT the owners of the place told me it was an unusually slow night, and luckily last night's event was able to prove that! it turned out to be much more packed and an all-around success for the gang!! we sold lots of stuff and i had so much fun explaining our stickers to the normie anime fans x3 i'll definitely be back for more weeb wednesdays in the coming months! with the smaller setup, of course xD
lemon and lime phone charms are finally here!!!
next, we have some new merch in stock!! our lemon and lime yaoi candy phone charms are now up in the shop, complete with decorative beads and cute custom backing cards! i'm so pleased with how they turned out, i hope you'll consider adding one to your phone case! x3 get them here on etsy!

UPDATES 1 SNEAK PEEK
9-3-2023hey gang! got some fresh updates for ya'll~
our table at mycon!
our little convention last week was slow, but successful! most importantly, i got to test out a lot of new stuff in the setup, and gain useful experience for our upcoming appearances at weeb wednesday on the 6th and 20th of this month! these will be our first nighttime shows, and i can't wait to see how the table will look all lit up among the video games at player 1 :D come get some drinks, play some games, and support the local artists this wednesday night!

next is an update on some upcoming merch -- our lemon & lime keychains are finished and will be coming to the shop and table next week!! i'm so excited for these, and i hope you are, too! x3
lastly, i have some site updates! you may have noticed we have a new poll on the sidebar! check it out and let me know what you think with a vote. ;)
i've also begun work on a theme switcher for the site, so soon you'll be able to change the site's eye-bleedy colors to some that are much more accessible. i'm not very good at coding so it's proving rather difficult to figure out, but hopefully i can have it implemented soon so we can provide an inclusive space for all fujos! ♥
MYCON 1 NEW MERCH
8-25-2023hey gang!! i'm back from my vacation and full of fujo friend juice!!! i wanted to thank you all for your support in my absence, i received a whopping SEVEN orders and just shipped them all out yesterday!! it really means a lot that not only do you guys want to buy my designs, you don't mind waiting for them to arrive, too! on that note, something arrived at my house while i was gone!

our new rotten girl gang embroidered keychains are now up in the shop! i'm sooo excited about these, they look so cool and i've already attached one to my own keys so i can rep the gang wherever i go! hope you'll enjoy them too!
remember, we'll be selling at mycon tomorrow! i haven't received a table layout or number (just load-in info, lol), so just look for our logo on the tablecloth to find us! i hope to see lots of florida fujos there!!! >w<
VACATION NOTICE
8-15-2023just a small update to give you a heads up! i'm going on a little vacation to hang out with a bunch of my fujo friends from the 17th-23rd! i will be leaving the shop open, but any orders made during that time will be shipped once i get back! so if you'd like to grab something to be shipped before i leave, now's the time!
when i get back, i'll just have a few days left to prepare for our next event, mycon! if you're local to orlando or just want to make a day trip of it, be sure to stop by and get some fujo goodies!! x3
in the meantime, here's a little sneak peek at some new merch! i ordered some tiny one-inch acrylic charms of my yaoi lemons and limes to make into phone charms, and the proofs just came in!
more lemons than limes, since the spicy lemon yaoi candy bags always sell more!
they'll be hung from lime green straps and come with cute little star beads to decorate with! we should have them in stock by september, so look forward to that! ☆
NEW DATES 1 UPDATES
8-9-2023hey gang!!! i have some exciting updates i wanted to share! first off, we just got confirmed for some new show dates in september! rotten girl gang will officially be appearing at player 1 video game bar's weekly "weeb wednesday" event on september 6th and 20th in orlando! i'm also super excited to announce that the gang will be at kirbiicon in gainesville, a queer-friendly 18+ event with concerts, lewd cosplay, drag, and more! these will be our first nighttime, adult-oriented events, and i'm so excited to see how our naughty merch is received at them! i think we'll be a great fit!
other than that, i have a couple merch previews to share! i've had many people ask if they could buy the rotten girl gang logo on something (i lost two sales at tampa bay comic con to people who thought they could buy my laminated logo...), so here it is!

i've always wanted to make embroidered keychains, and the logo was just perfect for them! these are photos from the manufacturer who has just put them into production, so we should have them in stock by mid-september!
we also have another silly product coming soon to conventions... i've been wanting to add a section to the table for little novelty accessories that fit our fujoshi theme, and first up were the signature glasses that signify an otaku character in anime!

i don't intend to sell these online since i didn't design them myself (just ordered them in bulk), but if there's a big interest in me shipping them out i'm sure i can figure out something! otherwise they will be a fun addition to the table at our next show (which will be the single-day event mycon in orlando in two weeks) x3 hope to see you there!!!
